Ok, so after feeling incredibly disgusted yesterday when my jeans, which were huge (and falling off) following the birth of my daughter, they are now too tight to wear. I must do something about my weight.
I’ve done Weight Watchers in the past, but I’m not a fan of the new plan. I find it hard to follow. So, I’m trying it old school – counting calories. I’m going to use the “Lose it!” app for my iPad which will help counting calories. It also tells me what my target calories should be based upon a 1 lb weight loss per week.
My goal is 150 lbs. My starting weight is 210 lbs.
